RETURNS and REFUNDS
Once your items are delivered, any returns will not be accepted on any sale items. We will provide pictures of the item before and after packing for the buyer to see the item's condition. We will not be liable for any damages that occurred within or during shipping and delivery transaction from the shipping carrier.
We accept refund requests only on the following terms:
- if the manufacturer causes damages to the items, we will provide only a partial refund.
- all tags and labels are complete and attached (for unopened items).
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately! We assume orders are completed and closed if not contacted upon 24 hours within receipt of the order.
