What are your shipping details?
- Our shipping courier is LBC & Lalamove.
- For international shipping (USA, Canada, Switzerland & Australia), we use PhlPost as our courier at the moment.

Due to the current situation of Covid-19, we are limiting branch drop off to ship your items every Mondays except for Lalamove. Free shipping for a minimum purchase of Php 1,499. LBC delivers the next business day within Luzon. 4-6 days in Vis-Min. For one-day delivery, we book with Lalamove, we will send you the tracking details via direct message and notification you chose when you submitted your order. Please be advised if no rider is available by 5pm, we book it as early as 8am the next morning.

As of the moment, we can now ship to USA, Canada, Switzerland & Australia, we are hoping to add more countries by next year. If the countries are not listed, please message us through the chat box on the lower right side of our website.

 

Can I pre-order a deck not on your list?

- We accept deck requests. Kindly send us a Direct Message via Messenger or Instagram or here in Shopify Chat Box at the lower right for your deck requests. We will not be entertaining any deck requests for the month of November and December as these months are intended for a recharge of energy for me & the business. You can still leave us your deck requests by these months but they will be put on our January list fulfillment.

 

When will an item be available?

- We will post in the product listings for its next availability. So please make it a habit to bookmark the product page if you are interested in a particular item. If it says, "Pre-order", kindly send us a message so we can arrange the arrival of your item.

 

What are your payment methods?

- We are currently accepting payments via Gcash, PayMaya, BPI QR, BDO Pay, bank transfers to Eastwest and BPI, and PayPal. For the QR Codes, please see below:
